My friend and fellow George Mason University alum Michael Vanzetta visited the Fall Jubilee Historic Manassas, Inc. last Saturday and asked me about the positive impact of beekeeping on mental health.

My husband George Ellis and I began focusing on beekeeping at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and by 2021 launched the annual Manassas Bee Festival bringing thousand together to have fun, learn more and support our declining pollinators and to plant native. Next festival is June 22, 2024 during pollinator week!

Thank you Michael, PiZetta Media: Content with a Cause for spotlighting beekeeping!

Theresa Coates Ellis talks about how bee keeping helps her mental health.

I joined the Bull Run Rotary Club representing my small business Tackle Management and Marketing in 2015. I love the service projects that give back to the community. I initiated the Flags for Heroes program in 2016 with my fellow Rotary members in the City of Manassas when I was President. Now, 7 years later, it is still one of the most majestic events on our Manassas Museum Lawn.

Please join us for our opening ceremony on Fri. Nov. 4 at 5:30pm for our 7th annual Flags for Heroes event with more than 100 USA flags on display at the Manassas Museum lawn on Prince William St. Guest speaker: Sheila Brennan, Rotary District 7610 Group Governor. The flags are on display until Friday Nov. 13th.

THAT'S A WRAP! Our creative team has been slammed since last Summer 2021. Theresa Coates Ellis, our founding owner and elected Councilwoman, stepped up to run for U. S. Congress in Virginia's 10th District because she saw the crushing blow to many businesses, families, education, and our military during COVID-19. She wanted to make a difference and not just talk the talk. All hands on deck -- we jumped into tackle this race.

Congratulations to Theresa's friend Hung Cao, a military hero, who shared her passion with eleven total candidates and won the nomination with a strong campaign who is to be supported and admired. He now advances to the November general election.

Theresa and her team had a journey of a lifetime with this project to commit to the people of our country. Now she is focusing on helping businesses, families, education, and our military in a different way. She will continue speaking engagements (she had continuous forums and speaking during this race), build her Shadow for a Day mentoring program, share her innovative business skills and tools, and her serve as a volunteer to help the people who are still facing recovery.

Her team is ready to help increase your organization's visibility, come and speak to your team, provide best and practical solutions for your challenges, and boost and promote your organization to reach goals for success.

Learn more: visit https://www.TackleManagement.com or contact us to speak, for photography, marketing strategy, multi-media, business plans and more at [email protected].
