Willows is now a home based florist. Our services are no different. We will however be adding some fun events. Willows will be offering flower parties in your home. The host will get her bouquet free for hosting a party. More details to come. We are going to be very creative and doing things outside the box.

Great news! Well, for us. We are transitioning to a home based business. We have all our giftware, displays, tables and equipment that we need to get rid of. I can't take it all to my she shed. It all has to go.

Christmas in July has started!! We have so much department 56 houses and accessories. If you collect or want to start, now is the time. We also have quite a few Christopher Radko ornaments. Come in and see what we've got.

We received an exciting order for flowers yesterday. We are creating 18 dozen red roses in a vase for Neal Schon, the guitarist for Journey. We are delivering it to his dressing room on Sunday prior to the concert. Very excited, I will post pictures when I have it completely arranged. Thats a big boost for us.

I decided to write about the use of 1800flowers etc, FTD all of those online "flower companies", Did you know that they take a lot of money from you that never gets used on your order? OH YES! 60% of the money you pay stays with these companies. Which means what for us? The local florist actually loses money on every order they accept. You lose and we lose, the only people that profit are the online companies and the supplier of the flowers. They almost put us out of business. We sat and went over it all and realized that with a $100 order they took 60 which left us with 40 to fulfill a $100 order. You never get what you pay for. THINK BEFORE YOU ORDER always call a local florist. Its also nicer to speak with someone and have a conversation of what you expect.
