I am so proud of the 2 Drs Levis, Albert Levis and Max who are speaking at a psychological conference in Canada today.

At 87, our dad Albert is unstoppable with his energy and passion to share his breakthrough in conflict resolution.

At this moment of intense global crisis, there couldn’t be a better time.

Our parents always inspired us to sing and dance in the living room - and here we all are singing dad’s theory in front of the Museum of the Creative Process.

(Wilburton Inn guests might recognize this choreography!)

Now I am singing and dancing songs to empower women with the INNcredible Paris Workout, but my father’s message will always be the most profound song in my heart.

The Formal Theory of behavior is a revolution in integrating art and science and understanding behaviour as a science.

At Passover we sing Dayenu, which means “It would have been enough.”
🙏
Long before gratitude practices became in vogue, Innkeeper Dr. Albert Levis said that saying Dayenu is an important key to happiness. 💕In the context of Passover, we say “It would’ve been enough that we were delivered from Egypt. It would’ve been enough that we had the parting of the Red Sea. It would’ve been enough that we survived 40 years in the dessert before reaching the Promised Land.

At The Wilburton, we say it would’ve been enough that we had the pleasure of spending so much time together collaborating, creating and building a 3 generation family run business, it would have been enough to meet so many wonderful guests who become like extended family and it would have been enough to have a phenomenal team of colleagues who care so deeply for the guests and property. It would have been enough to have a beautiful marble pavilion, amd this season we also have the pleasure of hosting 24 destination Wilburton weddings.

Dayenu. If is more than enough and we are grateful for the spectacular memories we have shared with you and that we will continue to create.

Shabbat shalom from our peaceful and beautiful hilltop in Manchester Vermont.

In this time of divisive politics and anti-semitism, we are proud to be a welcoming, safe space where fellow Jewish families can feel at home, to honor ancient traditions, and create new family memories during Passover and throughout the year.

Families have traveled from California, Cincinnati, Washington DC and Israel to gather over the 8 day holiday at our Battenkill Valley Mansion, Wilburton Mansion and Strawberry Hill Villa. We love seeing them enjoy the mansions as their private country homes.

Vermont in Spring has been a beautiful backdrop to welcome them.

Why is this night different from all other nights?

Because you are at The Wilburton. 💝💕

Tradition. 💖

Holidays are all about multiple generations gathering around the table and living room and creating INN-delible memories.

Passover for us was always about celebrating in our grandparents’ apartment on East 77th Street in New York City, with our mom’s whole family, the Wassersteins.

Our aunt, playwright Wendy Wasserstein would bring her glamorous theatre friends as dates. Our uncle Bruce Wasserstein, long before he became the prominent investment banker, had been the lead in a school production of Oklahoma, so singing was always a big part of Wasserstein family celebrations.

Our grandfather looked so handsome in his magenta velvet smoking jacket and our grandma Lola would buy all of us granddaughters matching velvet dresses.

Here is the whole Wasserstein family celebrating grandma and grandpa’s 50th anniversary.

They are very sadly all gone now, but the tradition of Wasserstein Passovers continues thanks to our cousin Pam who now is the host.
We are so grateful for 35+ years of family Passovers and memories.

We wish all our friends, guests, and family a wonderful Passover.
May your memories be as delicious as the matzoh ball soup!
