Cutting Edge Alterations Rose has over 20 years of specialized experience in altering and redesigning wedding gowns. She will alter all wedding party, Prom, Ho-Co dresses, & suit/pant.

Her abilities are limitless and her reviews are a true testimate to her work ethics. Rose offers a wide range of alterations skills and will offer suggestions to make your clothing fit comfortably. She has previously worked for nine years as a seamstress/alterations manager for Brides and Weddings, and also sewed custom home furnishings for 5 years prior to that, for Roses In the Snow and Lakes Design all of which are in Manchester Iowa.

This lady looks gorgeous it her new outfit she wore to a military ball. She wanted the corset top customized to her body. At first I wondered how I was going to sew around all the boning and the material was a canvas fabric. The corset was completely flat and there was no shape. But after some thought I removed the trim and sewed parallel to boning to give it the shape she needed. I made tucks to the back side and folded it over and then sewed the trim and ties back on. I think it turned out very nice.

Congrations to one of my latest brides McKenna Rockwell! She brought me a ball gown that she wanted less p**f in the skirt and pull on sleeves from a removable jacket . I downsized the bodice and added a belt. I think she looks lovely in this trending style of bridal gowns.
