Clover Whiskey Fizz
This sip is a must-try St. Patrick’s twist on the classic whiskey cocktail. Made with fresh ingredients and bright flavors, we’re positive it will shamrock your world. So, add some green to your glass and celebrate!
Clover Whiskey Fizz 🍀
• 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
• 1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup
• Splash of Lime Juice
• 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
• Sparkling Wine or Ginger Ale
• Crushed Ice
Place mint leaves, splash of lime juice, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Gently muddle. Pour Irish Whiskey into cocktail shaker and top with ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass and add crushed ice. Top with sparkling wine or ginger ale. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge. Enjoy!
