I know I haven’t posted in a while. I’m stepping away for the better part of a year and wanted to share why. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of my clients! This is from my personal page:

We have a BIG transition coming up at the end of the summer. We are moving to Pennsylvania for 10 months, so that Philip may complete U.S. Army War College. Yes, we are Air Force, but it’s just weird how the military assigns different schools for different purposes. We plan to keep our home in Mandeville while we live on base in Carlisle, PA. We will be coming home every now and again and definitely for the holidays, so it will be nice to have our home to come back to…especially when this adventure comes to an end. The boys will attend school there, Gino will enroll in and complete second grade there and we will place Tripp in a Mothers Day Out Program. It’s an exciting time for us, and we are also anxious and nervous with the unknown. Louisiana is home. Louisiana is friends and family and is what we know. We are lucky, we don’t have to move around as a military family…but this is our chance for a taste of a little bit of adventure. Please send us some good vibes as we prepare for this change, and as emotions will surely runneth over ☺️

Hello All!! It's been a minute. Let me start by saying Happy New Year to all of you! I have definitely been busy behind the scenes with lots going on. Thank you to all of my clients that continue to order with me; I could not do this without all of you!!

I don't have any orders available this weekend, but I have a lot of spots open after Tuesday of this coming week. Superbowl is coming up, Mardi Gras parades, etc. PLEASE get your order in with me!! It really takes a toll on me when I have to tell people I'm booked, I feel terrible.

Annnnddddd....last but not least (although my least favorite part) This is my new (not so improved) menu. I HATE (strong word, I know) this, but I cannot put it off any longer. I have to increase my prices SLIGHTLY, and also remove my smallest 7x7 box. I delayed this as long as possible, but price increases on my purchasing side have caused this, unfortunately.

🦃🦃🦃Thanksgiving Day Boards!! I only have TEN spots available 😵! Pickup will be the afternoon of Wednesday, November 23rd. Crackers will be served on the side, so they stay fresh for the next day 👌🏻. It will be a 14" round tray priced at $100. These are the only boards I will have for the week of Thanksgiving (because kids 🤣). I'll be posting a sample soon...but get your orders in now!!

Girod Street Market and Deli is where it's at! This Lemon Pepper wrap is absolutely amazing! I had such a hard time deciding what I wanted, and this is SO SO good! I can't wait to go back and try other menu items! Get there, y'all! ...he also does Charcuterie too, and I'm definitely here to support small businesses, even if they are in the same business as me!
