The 2024 wedding season is upon us and we are making ALL THE PLANS! Our calendar is filling up and we only have a few dates open for 2024 and 2025 is filling up as well!

Why choose a wedding planner or day-of coordinator? There is a lot of work to do on your big day and if you don't hire someone to carry the load it will fall on your friends and families shoulders! Let us help you and your loved ones enjoy your big day!

Myself (Dawn) and my team can assist in the pre-planning (vendor choices, budget tracking, day of schedules) and we are rock stars on the day of your event! We are excellent at keeping the day on schedule, making sure your vision comes to life, and anticipating/solving problems before you ever know they occurred.

Happy New Year, party friends!!!! 2023 was an amazing ride, and I'm excited to share a snapshot of most of the events I was able to play a role in. Having the opportunity to play a part in someone's big event is never something I take for granted!

In 2023 I went into the year saying "I just want to do good work" To be vulnerable I must say after surviving 2020, having Cortney purchase C&C and going out to do events solo it was easy to be caught up in the entrepreneur aspect of things. In 2022, I felt like I was getting more concerned about the bottom dollar than the work I was doing, and I didn't like it. The fact is... this gig still needs to pay bills, but it's not life-giving if that is the main thing. In 2023, I challenged myself to keep doing good work at the front of all things, and it proved to be an incredible year.

All year in the middle of chaos, craziness and storms, I just kept telling myself to do good work! And I ended 2023 so proud of the work I did! While I still need to pay bills, one of my favorite rewards is a good review at the end of an event and a couple or client saying, "we couldn't have done it without you!"

In 2024, I will keep pushing to do good work! And keep pushing to make magic and help make memories! I am also going to protect our family priorities and so will have limited wedding weekends available. In fact, I only have a few left open for 2024! Here's to making all the memories this new year, friends, and thanks for always giving love and support!

A stunning wedding for 450! That's right, 450 chair covers, napkins, table settings! Thankful for an amazing team to pull off this beautiful day! And thankful for this couple, it was a joy to help pull off their big day!

Flashback to one of my favorite events of the year. An Evening With the Stars! An evening myself and my team volunteer our time and resources, too, with the hopes of giving our community a night to remember! So many hands come together to make this event possible, and we are already planning for next year!!!

I had so much fun helping Ashley and the crew at Long McArthur with this event. They rolled out their new line of Long McArthur Luxury vehicles and even featured a new Wildcat . Long McArthur knows how to throw a party and take care of there people!!!!
