From sunrise to sunset, the smokers were rolling. We did a big wedding cater and had to call in a big gun. My buddy Frank Bryant from Last Best Barbecue, LLC had to come and help with his smoker to feed the 240 people at this wedding. We rocked a whole hog along with 16 butts that we got from L&F Market. Our ladies Amanda Ness and Leann Bryant did the appetizers and garnished the whole hog. It was a long but successful day. Can’t thank my wife and friends enough for helping make this happen

What a great place! The Venue At The Reed's is a top notch wedding venue. The owners are so nice and helpful. We had the pleasure of cooking for one of my best friend’s daughter Avery’s wedding. We had the Fatboy Smoker at capacity and I’m glad we did. Wasn’t much leftover for this crowd. We might have to do one or two events next year at this amazing wedding venue.

Had the pleasure of catering for some good friend’s. Their daughter got married and we cooked up some chicken and brisket along with our famous bacon Gouda Mac. It was a beautiful wedding and a beautiful day on lake pend’oreille. Check us out if you ever need catering big or small.

Some lamb chops over charcoal tonight. Might be switching to this from steak. Oh so good! Hit with that Meat Church BBQ Blanco and let sit for 30 minutes. Two minutes each side over ripping hot Blues Hog charcoal. Shifted off of the coals. Closed the lid for 3 minutes and pulled at 125 to rest ten minutes with an olive oil, soy and mint sauce. Highly reccomend!

By day I sling hardwood, I bbq by night. Boss man said cook for our customer down in Idaho falls. Chilling at the zoo in Idaho falls smoking up some brisket for tonight. Donated all my brisket trimmings for the lions and cougars to eat. Life is good!
