With this cold weather we have been inspired to bring back our meal delivery program like we ran in 2020. We will give it a trial run to see how popular it is. We plan to put out a weekly menu of a few options. Meals will be ordered by email and paid for online when ordered. We will make our meals in our commercial kitchen on Mondays then deliver on Tuesdays. We are looking at having gluten free options as well. Meals will be ordered and packed as an individual meal or for a family of 4.

We’re excited to introduce some adorable new additions to our team! Meet Squishy, Emoji, Pepita, and Milkshake—our very first Nigerian Dwarf goats. These little ones are the foundation of our future goat cheese operation, and we can’t wait to share the journey with you.

Joining them in the pasture are Mozzarella and Basil, our new mini donkeys. These sweet protectors are here to keep the herd safe and sound as they grow.

Since we’re starting with all babies, it’ll be a little while before we kick off the cheese-making process, but we couldn’t wait to introduce our crew and give you a glimpse of what’s ahead. This adventure has been so much fun, and we’re grateful for your support every step of the way.

Stay tuned—our food truck will be back out as soon as the weather clears up!
