Now that the new year is upon us, we would like to feature some of our favorite venues, vendors, and peers within our industry of memory making and party planning!

The booking house is an easy place to start. The booking house used to be The Old General Cigar Co. Warehouse. Built back in 1884! Renovations were completed in 2014 and thus our down the road neighbors were here! If you're looking for something that gives an outdoor feel inside, they have finished the addition of their atrium featuring so much natural light! We love the hospitality and precision of the staff at the Booking House and they mirror our expectations in excellence. If you're looking for the perfect fusion of traditional architecture in a modern setting, this is the perfect space.

These bagels are stellar!! We just love it when our pastry chef Danie @danie_macaroons makes fresh bagels. They’re so good we can’t wait till they’ve cooled down to eat them. Schmeared with butter or cream cheese. A little house made lox would be the only thing to make it better. These bagels would make a great addition to your post wedding brunch, shower, or corporate breakfast.

Our Story

The award-winning Rettew’s Catering, headquartered in Manheim, PA is a family business, operated by a husband and wife team. Jennifer Rettew Bushey purchased the company from her father and previous business partner, Bruce D. Rettew. Their catering success, which spans over 30 years, is based on two simple principles:


  • Use only the freshest and finest ingredients to create distinctive cuisine.

  • Deliver what we promise – from executing flawless service to providing individualized character for your event.

    • In addition to Rettew’s meticulous attention to detail is the mouthwatering food, prepared by highly skilled chefs. Leading the kitchen crew is Executive Chef Owner, Steven Bushey, graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and veteran of the food service industry. Rettew’s Catering rounds out their services with a team of expert catering consultants and a full ensemble of courteous wait staff and bartenders.
