Our Story

The award-winning Rettew’s Catering, headquartered in Manheim, PA is a family business, operated by a husband and wife team. Jennifer Rettew Bushey purchased the company from her father and previous business partner, Bruce D. Rettew. Their catering success, which spans over 30 years, is based on two simple principles:


  • Use only the freshest and finest ingredients to create distinctive cuisine.

  • Deliver what we promise – from executing flawless service to providing individualized character for your event.

    • In addition to Rettew’s meticulous attention to detail is the mouthwatering food, prepared by highly skilled chefs. Leading the kitchen crew is Executive Chef Owner, Steven Bushey, graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and veteran of the food service industry. Rettew’s Catering rounds out their services with a team of expert catering consultants and a full ensemble of courteous wait staff and bartenders.
