Wine Check For Your Flavorfest Convenience

Wine and spirits purchases will be transported to the Wine Check Tent in the parking lot, next to the brewery and available for pick-up as guests depart. Wineries will give guests a Wine Check Ticket to present at the Tent to retrieve their purchases. The staff cannot assist you without your tickets.

Follow the simple tips below to make the wine check process a breeze.
Tips For Successful Wine Check
1. At the Wine Tasting Booths, print the winery name, your name and phone number on all Wine Check Tickets.
2. Keep Wine Check Tickets Safe. Staff cannot assist you without your tickets.
3. Allow Time For Pickup. At the busiest time of the day (3-5PM) it may take up to 45 minutes for orders to reach the tent from the festival grounds, be sorted and ready for pickup.
4. Be patient. Our staff manages thousands of packages from over 35 wineries and distilleries for thousands of guests. The process takes times and we thank you for your understanding.
5. Packages are organized by Wine Check Ticket Letters, NOT last guest last names.
6. Do not enter the Wine Check Tent wine storage area. Wait for staff assistance.
7. Follow the flow. Staff will direct you in these traffic patterns. The Wine Check Pick Up Lot is reserved for guests with large orders. Do not enter the Wine Check Tent wine storage area to find your own wine.

Farm to Fare in the Barn at Barrel

Enjoy a meal filled with fresh-from-the-farm foods, while entertaining hosts provide information about Lancaster County’s rich agricultural history.

Prior to each course, the mixologist will create the course cocktail revealing the tricks of the trade and details about the estate created spirits. The Salad Course will feature a paired Swashbuckler Brewing Company Ale and guests will enjoy a pairing of Mount Hope Wine with the dessert course.

PA’s original winery, brewery, cidery and distillery. Mount Hope is a year-round entertainment facility producing seasonal outdoor events, as well as dinner theater in the estate’s Victorian mansion.
