This past month, community partners, staff, and volunteers have been working hard to upgrade our spaces and prepare for a dynamic new season. The timeline has pushed back our open Gallery/Gift Shop hours to Friday, January 31st, but trust that it'll be worth the wait! Regular hours will begin again on Friday, 1-4pm (weekly hours during exhibitions are Wednesday-Friday, 1-4pm, and Saturday, 10am-4pm).
Please join us for our first Opening Reception of the year: Common Thread at the Carnegie w/ Bob Vogel's Glass Works, also this Friday, 5-7pm.

Join us tonight for the kick-off of our new series, GT at the Carnegie!
The Good Thunder Blue Earth Review Launch Event is this evening, Jan. 23, at 7 p.m. in the Rotunda. This event will include readings by Sun Yung Shin, Tonja K. Johnson, and Ben Lee—free to attend, and light refreshments will be available. More info at: GT.mnsu.edu

“GT at the Carnegie” is a new series of readings outside of the traditional Good Thunder format. These readings are free and open to the public, and will be hosted at the Carnegie Art Center (120 South Broad Street, Mankato, MN).

Member artists who had work in the 2024 Member Show may pick up their work on Friday, January 3, 10am-4pm, or by appointment. Gallery sale consignments will also be handed out at pick-up. Thanks to you all for a diverse and vibrant exhibition!
