Lanterns and Lace

· A grand stage area that can be used for either the bridal party or DJ area.

· Wide variety of decoration choices available for your use – lanterns, candelabras, vases, candle holders, cake stands, pillars, back drop, card holders, table runners, etc.

Pricing

Friday Event ~ $2,000.00

· Thursday 4:00-8:00 for decorating and/or rehearsal.

· Friday, starting at 8:00 a.m. until midnight - as needed for decorating, deliveries, ceremony and/or reception. All personal property must be removed by midnight.

Saturday Event ~ $2,500.00

· Saturday 8:00 a.m. until midnight – for decorating, deliveries, ceremony and/or reception. You may also have Sunday morning 8:00-10:00 a.m. if necessary. IF facility is not reserved by another party on Friday, you may have 4:00-8:00 pm for decorating &/or rehearsal.

Sunday Event ~ $1,500.00

· Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

· Monday 10:00 a.m. – Noon for final clean up if necessary.

Weekend Package~ $3,500.00

· Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 pm for decorating &/or rehearsal

· Saturday 8:00 am until midnight as needed for decorating, deliveries, ceremony &/or reception.

· Sunday 10:00 a.m. – Noon for final clean up if needed

Terms of Payment

· 50% down, due at signing, to reserve date/dates for your event. This fee is non-refundable.

· Balance due 30 days prior to your event.

· In addition, we require a $500 security/damage deposit due at signing. This will be refunded upon final inspection if no damage is determined.

Contract

The following agreement is effective ________________________(date) between

The above clients agree to rent facilities at Lanterns & Lace for a Saturday event or a Sunday event. (times listed on previous page)

Clients agree to the following:

· Security deposit of $500, fully refundable within 14 business days following the event, provided no damage is found on any Lanterns & Lace property. Facility must be left in “as was” condition.

· If damage occurs, exceeding the $500, clients are responsible for repair or replacement.

· Client MAY NOT sub-lease property to another party

· Contract may be terminated by Lanterns & Lace for failure to pay balance at least 30 days prior to event

· Cancellations – In the event of cancellation for ANY reason, any amount already paid is non-refundable, including weather related cancellations.

· Parking in rear of the barn is restricted to clients, caterers, DJs, bartenders.

· Additional charge of $100 per hour if clean up and removal of personal property is not completed by ending time as stated above

· Lanterns and Lace staff will assist with table and chair set up

· Decorating – is the responsibility of clients. Lanterns and Lace staff will assist, if requested, and will make available the decorations which clients may choose from our gallery.

· Insurance – Clients must provide proof of not less than $1,000,000 single use liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage/theft. Insurance must name Lanterns & Lace as additional insured. Certificate of insurance must be provided to Lanterns & Lace at least 14 days prior to the event.

· All alcohol must be purchased from and served by Lanterns & Lace. Tokens available if you wish to pre-purchase a chosen number to give to your guests for beverages.

· Client is responsible for cost of all food, catering services, music/DJ service.

· NO Smoking in any indoor facilities. Outdoor smoking area is located just south of the barn.
