Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a love for flowers and customer service? The Flower Shoppe of Manning is looking for a part-time team member to help us bring joy to our customers through beautiful floral arrangements!
Position: Part-Time Customer Service Associate
Location: The Flower Shoppe of Manning
Hours: Flexible schedule (mostly Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-4)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their needs.
- Process orders and handle payments efficiently.
- Coordinate flower deliveries to ensure timely arrival and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and assist in restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
