We had the honor to cater for McElvain Homes for Kathy’s retirement party, to honor someone who has devoted her life’s work to the care and support of others. To hear the stories from some of the residents and family members was awe inspiring. Who would be interested if we bring our Friday meals back? We are thinking about doing them once a month to start back up. Doing more lower cost simpler meals, maybe even make x amount for the day and sell day off orders as well as pre orders? If we brought it back what menu items would you like to see?

When trying new things out what better way to try it out then for your own events 😂

We had our son’s graduation party this weekend. His favorite food is Japanese & he love hibachi style steak & fried rice. So we decided to take our hands at Japanese for the first time (besides some teriyaki chicken we make at home). Everything came out great, a few things I think we will tweak a little for more of that flavor but Yum Yum was everything not just the dipping sauce!!! (And guys I actually remembered some pictures 😂)

We did hibachi style steak & chicken, regular steak & chicken, hibachi veggies & fried rice, roasted veggies & white rice, lo mein noodles & a salad. We also did some nuggets & Mac & cheese with watermelon for the younger kids but even all of them ate the big people food!! 🥰

We will be adding these options to our menu going forward! So you want something a little different for your event, contact is today.

Our July & August is almost full, we have a couple dates still open for September & October, & it’s never to early to get your Holiday Parties on the books!!!

Some of you know that Aaron has been having some health problems. Until we figure out what’s going on we will be taking a step back from our Friday meals… we will keep everyone posted. This weeks Friday Meals! There has been a little change to the pick up/delivery times. We will be taking a break between 1:30pm & 3:30pm. Orders due by Weds Feb 28th @ 9pm. I am also working on setting up online ordering for our next meal!
