Thirsty Thursday

CREAMSICLE PROSECCO FLOATS

If you’re an 80s or 90s baby, you probably remember those creamsicle push pops, or the creamsicle popsicles with the ice cream inside and orange outside. I mean, how good were they!?!

Well, here is the adult version of that favorite childhood treats!

1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1-2 scoops orange sherbet
prosecco or champagne
fresh mint and orange curls for garnish*

Place the scoops of vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet in a glass. You want something deep because they will foam up quite a bit! Top with desired amount of prosecco and garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange curl. Serve immediately!! Yumm😋

Whiskey Wednesday!!! This drink is absolutely AMAZING!! Light and bubbly yet at the same time rich and decadent…….

The Tennessee Honey Hole

Diced fresh peaches, unpeeled
1 ounce peach syrup (see below)
2 ounces Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey
2 ounces ginger ale
Ice

Place a scant handful of diced peaches and peach syrup in the bottom of a highball glass (double quantities if using a 12-oz. mason jar).
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, muddle peaches in syrup (smash them up a bit).
Fill glass with ice then add Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey and ginger ale. Stir then serve

Here’s a beautifully delicious Tequila Mockingbird for our tequila Tuesday!!!

1 slice jalapeño
3 watermelon cubes (each about 1 inch cubed)
2 ounces blanco tequila
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 ounce agave syrup

Muddle the jalapeño slice and watermelon cubes in a shaker to extract the juices.

Add tequila, lime juice, agave syrup and ice, and shake until well-chilled.

Fine-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 lemon
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2oz Cola
Lemon wedge

It’s Whisky Wednesday!‼️

12 packets hot chocolate mix
72 ounces hot water
6 ounces whiskey
6 ounces peanut butter whiskey
Garnish: whipped cream

Combine hot chocolate mix, hot water, whiskey, and peanut butter whiskey in a large thermos and stir until ingredients are mixed well.
Pour a serving into your favorite game day mug.
Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!😋

Martini Monday!!

Strawberry Shortcake Martini🍓🍰

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz strawberry liqueur
1/2 oz cream liqueur (such as Baileys)
1 oz heavy cream
1/2 oz simple syrup
Ice
Fresh strawberry and whipped cream (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Shaker:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Mix the Drink:

Add the vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur, cream liqueur, heavy cream, and simple syrup to the shaker. Shake well until chilled.
Serve:

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish:

Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim and a dollop of whipped cream.
Indulge in the sweet and creamy flavors of a Strawberry Shortcake Martini! 🍓

2 oz. coconut rum {I use Malibu}
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. orange juice
vanilla frosting
multi-colored non-pareil sprinkles
orange wedges, pineapple wedges, and/or maraschino cherries for garnish {optional}

It’s Mocktail Sunday!! Try this yummy Blue Lagoon Mocktail!!

A classic blue lagoon is made with blue curacao syrup, lemonade and vodka. It's usually served in a tall glass with a tropical fruit garnish.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon blue curaçao syrup
1 cup lemonade
1oz/30mls of your favourite alcohol-free spirit, preferably non alcoholic vodka (optional)
Garnish of your choice

Pour the blue curaçao syrup and the alcohol-free spirit of your choice (if you’re using it) into your glass and slowly top with lemonade. Stir gently, add ice, garnish, and serve.

Bailey’s Chocolate Pudding Shots

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur
1/2 cup vodka
1 (4 serving size) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions:
Whisk together the milk, Irish cream liqueur, vodka, and instant pudding mix in a bowl until combined.
Continue whisking for 2 minutes.
Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses or other small glasses.
Chill until set, about 30 minutes. The shots will have the consistency of mousse.

Purple Dragon Martini

Ingredients:
3oz vodka
1 1/2oz cranberry juice
1/2oz blue Curacao liqueur
1/2oz sweet and sour mix
1/2oz of 7-Up
2-3 ice cubes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor for 20 to 30 seconds on high speed. (Some prefer it on the rocks)
Salt the rim of your martini glass (Some prefer Sugar)
Pour and Enjoy ❤
