Another menu option you can get in both classic buffet and deluxe buffet style.
Our classic buffets are served with a crisp leafy green salad, with either our house made ranch or Italian dressing. Rolls with real butter.
Classic Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti and Fettuccini Buffet
Spaghetti in marinara sauce. (1.5 oz before cooking) Serves 100% of guests.
Fettuccini in our house made garlic Alfredo. (1.5 oz before cooking)Serves 100% of guests.
House made Chicken Parmigiana in marinara sauce topped with parmesan cheese. Serves 100% of guests.

Tonight's event had one of our recently added menu items. guests got to enjoy both our tri-tip and grilled rosemary chicken breast...

Boneless Breast of Chicken and Oven Roasted Tri Tip
Seasoned Boneless breast of chicken, oven roasted USDA choice tri-tip is roasted until tender, then sliced and plated with au jus and our house made creamy horseradish. Served with Roasted rosemary parmesan red potatoes in olive oil and Buttered and seasoned sautéed vegetables.

On 7-18-21 Kessana celebrated her Sweet 16 at our facility. Her theme was masquerade. Loved the black and gold.. Felicia added her magic touch to the birthday cake. Kessana's mom Kimberly did such an amazing job putting this all together for her daughter.. Happy Birthday Kessana...

On 7-11-21 Charla hosted her daughter Katie's baby shower at our facility. The decorations were amazing to say the least. Charla knows how to throw a party. We can not wait till we get to meet baby Raelynn Rose.. Congrats to the soon to be new parents..

The wedding that was hosted here today had our usda choice prime rib for their guests. Felicia cooked it to perfection. We slow roast our prime rib for 24 hours. You can cut this with a butter knife.. Must we say more...
