My passion for cooking began as a child spending time in the kitchen with my mother and my grandmother. After a lifetime of watching them cook and bake for events, friends, and family; I decided to that I wanted to be a Chef. I attended the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts right out of high school. My culinary education does not stop there; I have also had what you call on the job training

working for world renowned chefs like Doug Katz (chef/owner of Fire), John DeJoy(chef/owner of Bistro 44) and Jonathan Bennett (Moxie's)just to name a few. I have traveled and experienced different regions and acquired a strong palate for an array of flavor combinations. Today, I am the Chef/Owner of Ja'Sarai Hospitality. We are a catering and event promotional company that uniquely tailors each and every event. I work hard to create meals for my clients with all the love and attention I give the meals I prepare for my own friends and family. I grew up and live in Cleveland, OH and serve clients in all surrounding communities.
