This year, we're thrilled to introduce our all-inclusive "Elopement" or "Micro-Wedding" packages hosted in our beautiful 1912 Arts & Crafts Farmhouse.

These packages include the venue, ceremony, decorations, flowers, cake, a champagne toast, light refreshments, and an officiant for you and up to 15 guests. Priced at $2,900, these packages are a perfect, enchanting, and stress free two-hour celebration. Up to an additional 15 (30 total) guests can be accommodated for a standing ceremony at an additional cost of $30 per person.

All inclusive packages (preparation time, ceremony, officiant, flowers, decorations, champagne toast, charcuterie board, and reception for you and 15 guests—up to 30 guests additional fee—two hours) in a historic, unique, stress free, and affordable venue $3,000.

It’s breathtaking, and a great opportunity to see what the venue will look like during your wedding!

Documenting Rachel and Jack’s wedding at the Bruentrup Heritage Farm was such a unique experience. It’s a historical farm in the city of Maplewood with the most photogenic background a farm has to offer. Every corner was so detailed, what an awesome day.

Throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland, Christmas is the season for Pantos. With a nod toward this theatrical tradition, local director and playwright Michelle Schwantes has created a new play with music: Christmas Craic: An Irish Family Christmas!

Whereas Pantos traditionally are irreverent adaptations of fairy tales, Christmas Craic is based on legends and stories, complete with terrifying giants, impudent humor, and rowdy mischief. In this family celebration, each cast member plays multiple roles and the audience is invited to participate as distant members of the McCool family.

Out of the Mist Celtic Theatre and the Maplewood Area Historical Society bring you Christmas Craic: An Irish Family Christmas on December 15 and 16 at 7:00 pm, and December 17 at 2:00 pm.

Tickets are $20 for adults (18+), and $10 for youth 17 and under. All performances are in the barn at the Bruentrup Historical Farm at 2170 County Rd. D in Maplewood.

In case of extreme winter weather, this event may not be handicap accessible.
