Parrotfish help keep coral reefs healthy by eating algae and removing waste products.
The sand that parrotfish excrete makes up much of the sand at tropical beaches. Parrotfish are known for their vibrant colors and can change color throughout their lives.
There are about 80 different species of parrotfish, in Key Largo and throughout the Florida Keys.
This 18”x24” Parrotfish Painting is available to purchase at Sandra Lee Photography and Art Studio. A portion of proceeds will be donated to a program protecting our reefs!
