Have you ever wondered how much food actually goes into a grazing table? It’s probably more than you think! Three ounces of meat does not sound like a lot, but a grazing table for 200 guests would have 600 ounces! That’s over 37 POUNDS of meat! 😱

Here is a look into my planning and ex*****on process for a full party. I start every event with a party packet. The packet has all of the information for the event as well as all of my designs and ideas. Then I create the invitation once I have all of the information that I need for it. For this particular party the client wanted a Barbie theme with pre set tables, a life size Barbie box Photo Booth with a balloon arch, and Barbie (and Ken) boxes for party favors. I designed and created:
-Barbie stickers for the dessert plates
-life size Barbie box (which I still have 😉)
-Barbie silhouette centerpieces
-“6” and “Gracie” cake accessories
-“Gracie” sign for Barbie box
-balloon arch
-Barbie and Ken party favor boxes
-cake pops
-grazing table and sandwiches
