Some extra cook photos from this month. Thanksgiving hams and boston butts, thanks everyone for the orders. I sold out!!! Also, did some three bone dino and four bone chuck beef ribs. Dino beef ribs definitely have more fat. The hams were topped with a homemade raspberry sauce.

Large $50 — 40-50 servings

I cannot cook food the day of Thanksgiving this year due to other food commitments.

I can smoke and freeze a Boston butt or spiral ham for you.
- First, I need enough orders to fill the smoker.
- If you wish to reserve one please let me know by Nov 20th.
