We’ve added a beautiful new brick paver patio between the lodge and barn that is perfect as a dance floor, bistro table area, or other party/wedding vignette. Also, bistro lighting strung between the two that lights it perfectly at night!

A North Florida Wedding Venue

We are a wedding/party venue located on a private owned 450 acre family farm located in Marianna, Florida. We have enjoyed many milestones, holidays and occasions on this beautiful property and would love to have you celebrate yours here.

The venue consists of a rustic one bedroom, one bathroom, open layout lodge. The lodge features a full kitchen, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, a brick wood-burning fireplace, and windows that frame beautiful views of the property. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs, and swing offer plenty of places for you to enjoy the view and peaceful breeze that a farm offers. The porch columns are raw cedar cut from the farm itself.

Just steps away, across the stone paved walkway, there is an open-air barn set up for entertaining with cooking area. The barn features raw cedar poles, cook area with sink and refrigerator, available picnic tables, specially designed cedar bar and feature wall, chandelier, and other lights with dimming capabilities. The large yard is separated from the surrounding cattle farm with wood fencing. Within the yard there is a separate ‘outhouse’ with full bathroom and a special designed shower that has a plexiglass ceiling to enjoy the blue skies. There is also a ‘cowboy grill’ and fire pit.
