What 👏🏽 a 👏🏽busy 👏🏽 24 hrs. Whew!
Made at least 7 trays of Mac and cheese, about the same for corn bread annnnnnnd delivered to the East Valley 😅

Prepped 5, yes 5 Turkey breasts and a tri-tip for tomorrow. We do this because we love it!! ❤️ holidays are our busiest time- dates are starting to book up for the remainder of the year/ have an event let us know!

So, for those of you that don’t know there is a thing called the smoke ring, it’s pink. You may see this or should actually when eating your BBQ. Its FINE lol. There is supposed to be a smoke ring when the meat is smoked.

Honestly not that serious lol. And yes we’ve come across this a couple times and explained food was cooked to temperature-we always check our food with thermometers-every piece.

Tri-Tip Friday 🥩
Dry Rubbed and Marinated for two hours
Then threw on the grill for 5 more hours.

So for this Dry Rub, we tried one already put together.
We normally create our own dry rubs, but tried sumthin new.
