PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:
Each teepee comes with a comfortable foam mattress, a cozy blanket, a fitted sheet, towel breakfast tray, lights and individualised styling to create that indoor glamping experience. Guests will need to bring their own pillows, for hygiene reasons. We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. We do offer a number of party add-ons which you can find under Extra Memories. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your booking will be confirmed via phone, social media and email, once the agreed terms and conditions are accepted:

$100 deposit at time of booking confirmation (non refunded) This ensures your time slot. Full payment must be made 1 week prior to the party

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED? For indoor tents - Approx. 1.8mt long x 1.2 mt wide per Teepee. Please keep in mind that we like to place breakfast tray at the front of the Teepee. The tents can be arranged in many configurations to fit into most spaces. For outdoor bell tent - allow for a 7m diameter
(the tent itself has a 5m diameter)

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD? The hire period is typically overnight with collection the following day. Contact us to discuss further. DO YOU CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE? Our delivery, set up, pack down and collection fee is included in the package price for customers living within 20 kms of Maricopa.Az. Delivery outside will incur an additional delivery fee. Please enquire directly with us for a quote. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PARTIES AND SET UPS? Contact us to discuss plans or requirements tailored to suite your kid’s/Adults party. This takes 60 minutes or more depending on package choosen for us to setup and 45 minutes to remove. DO I NEED TO WASH THE LINEN BEFORE IT IS COLLECTED? No, we wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and soft for the next party people! SAFETY
Our structures are safe, with sturdy materials, and the LED fairy lights have been carefully selected to avoid any hazards to the children. We use Battery Lanterns,

All our material is thoroughly washed and sanitised after each party. Our team supervises the entrance and exit of each piece, ensuring that they will always be clean and scented, ready for the next party.

5m Diameter 100% Breathable Cotton Canvas Bell Tent

Specifications:

Heavy duty 100% breathable cotton canvas (360gsm)

Heavy duty PVC ground sheet attached to the tent with a zipper. Groundsheet (bucket style) PVC weighs 650 g/m2 (i.e. 1.5 lbs/ 10 ft2). (Zip off ground sheet enables the ground sheet to be unzipped and sides rolled up during the day. The zip facilitates the re-attachment of the ground sheet and has a protective cover which ensure rain water will not enter between the ground sheet and the tent. This is much harder to achieve with a separate ground sheet). Double stitching and reinforced key points. Mesh in door, windows and vents. A-frame covered

Entrance (170cm/5.58ft high) this creates a porch to stop the rain from coming in. Without this feature the tent is harder to access and more likely to leak along the entrance flap. Zipped front & back door for fast access. The corners of the doors have a flap for cable access

Our tents are European tested to BS5852 standards. This is the ‘cigarette test’, which shows that the tent will not ignite when burnt by the likes of a cigarette. Canvas treated to be water and mould resistant using biodegradable products.

BOOKING POLICY
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please take into consideration when you book a sleepover party with us:
Due the high demand we recommend you book as early as possible and as soon as you have a date secured to avoid disappointment.

We require a $250 deposit to secure your booking, as soon your received the confirmation from us with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to the sleepover date. Please note Party cancelled or changes in the number of the package 7 days or less before the event: 0% refund. We will not set up a party if there is no payment in advance.

A fully refundable security bond of $150 is also payable 7 days prior to the sleepover date. which will be refunded in full when we pick up as long as the hired equipment is undamaged.

Delivery and set up time is 4pm and collection time at 10am (18 hours). If you require earlier or later pick up we will discuss to meet your requirements. Travel fees will be charged for some areas, please ask for price.

The tents are delivered to your home or venue, styled to perfection and then collected the following day. All the hard work is done for you!
Delivery is free within 20km radius of Maricopa, Az anything further will incur a delivery fee.
A $150 deposit is required to secure your party date, which is non refundable. Which will be applied to your total, the total cost, will be due 7 days prior to you booked event.
