A new Parlour 1886 is coming to the Elgin later in June!

Parlour 1886 will be a full-service restaurant and bar located in the hotel and led by Chefs Luis and Alicia Pena. The P***s intend to create a delightful 5-star culinary experience by operating a fine dining restaurant serving breakfast from 8-11 a.m. and dinner from 5-9 p.m. Thursday through Monday. This is an experience you won't want to miss so watch for more details! For now, we want to share a few words from the P***s.
