Dreams Do Come True, was established in 1998, with the mission to provide a unique, affordable, "One Stop Shop" for event and wedding planning, decor, rental, and supplies - without the hassle of running around all of Southern Illinois. I offer full service decorating and floral services, budget management, prop and linen rentals, custom pre-decorated "Designs to Go" - which saves labor costs. I offer the largest selection of invitations in Southern Illinois at a 25% discount. i own a huge amount of decorating inventory: columns, candelabras, linens ( skirting, overlays, napkins, sashes) vases, backdrops, trees, crystals, white chairs, chair covers, tables, wine glasses, card cages and trunks, twig decor...all available for installation or rental. I am unique because I will let the client decide what service they need: I can do it all or will gladly rent supplies and equipment to allow the client decorate the event themself. As a graphic designer, I create maps, programs and favors that make your wedding individually you... all at affordable prices. A wedding in your future? Building your heirloom collections? This beautiful very large punch bowl will make a perfect gift for your daughter, granddaughter or yourself. From my research, it appears to be McKee Rotec cut glass, and is about 100 years old. I am selling to make room for family pieces. It belonged to a friend of my mother's. Price: $250.

I have been busy this fall creating this patriotic floral arrangement and beautiful white silk centerpieces. 🌹The red, white, blue arrangement is large enough to be a statement piece at a patriotic event or as a funeral tribute. Rent for that one is $100, with purchase price of $250. It is over 3 ft wide.
🕊🌼The beautiful white silks are perfect for any event, from gifts, weddings, and celebrations. Rental is $20 each...with 20 on hand and ready for you! They can sit flat on a table or on top of pedestals. Purchase price on the white silk pieces are $45.

Finished 50 Centerpieces for a GALA this weekend... I am.not retired yet! The bouquets will be on pedestals. The wreaths will surround battery operated candles. The long stems go in Eiffel tower vases. Each table will be magical with fairy lights mixed in with the flowers.

BEHIND THE SCENES WITH DDCT!
Never Say Never Again! DREAMS DO COME TRUE and dedicated volunteers came together to create a successful event in support of Re-elect Ashley Gott for Treasurer last Thursday. I hadn't put my balloon skills to test recently, but with the help of Cathy, Beth, and Cindy, we pulled together er to set a wonderful looking banquet hall. I loved designing the invitations, t shirts and banner.

Recently I felt led to offer my services for funeral flowers, and especially silk arrangements. With our recent family funerals, I just didn't have time to do the pieces myself while dealing with the arrangements. I was really surprised at the costs...and felt that I might suggest using silks that could be kept afterward or be put on the grave instead of wilting flowers. I haven't acted on thus thought, as we are still dealing with affairs of the estate. However, a dear friend called me on Wednesday, and needed a silk casket piece for her husband's graveside service on Wednesday. She wanted silk so that it would be used for his memorial service the following week. He loved the woods, daffodils, irises, and natural beauty. This was my finished creation. Although prices are higher than in the past, this large, versatile arrangement was still a lot less than the floral shop charged, and will be used for Memorial Day as well. If you need me, feel free to call. I worked overnight to take care of her.

A beautiful wedding I created in October. I designed bouquets, bouts, Centerpieces, arch decor and walkway pieces, and lanterns, which are my rentals, as well as supplied the rental linens. Very elegant mix of linens, burlap and leapard! The customer supplied the flowers which saved them quite a bit in costs.
I loved the color choices they choose. Love the leopard accents. And the lanterns added a great look for fall.

I have added mask making to my design services. Here are some new fabrics for the men, just in time for Father's Day I make washable 3 ply, prewashed cotton masks, with nose shaper wire. I do ties and contour masks , elastic ear loops (while available).
I also do kids masks.
I appreciate a donation of $7 each to help with fabric and supplies. I have misc. masks available to donate if there is a need. To order, comment or message me. I do mail orders also. Thank you for wearing a mask!

My masks are prewashed, reusable, 3 ply, with ties and nose shaper. Simply wash and iron flat. I accept donations of $7 each for my fabric fund. Message me or text 618-889-3630 to order. Choose your fabric and give me number needed.
Why ties? In my experience, tied masks are more comfortable and handy. They adjust to different sizes, and put much less stress on the ears. Also, they can be loosened at top or bottom for extra ventilation without taking off and contaminating.
