Go get your YOGA on with Salem Yoga Lady at The Venue on Wednesday & Thursdays!

Join us tonight for Yoga 1/Beginning Yoga from 5-6PM at The Venue classes are $15.00 cash or $17.00 for card. Please bring a mat, a towel for your spine, a water, and come dressed to move.

This class is beginner friendly. Tonight's focus is getting to know ourselves better during asana. Of course, we know ourselves. However, where is your balance and stability? Where is your patience level when it comes to you? What is your self-talk like in these moments, are you as careful with your own feelings as someone else's? Learning to be patient and compassionate toward yourself (and being real with it) opens up new lines of compassion and communication when it comes to your personal relationships too..

Planning a yard sale? Let us help you out! Rent The Venue on a Friday (set up night before after 8pm) for $40+$10 booking fee and have your sale in a large, air-conditioned space! We provide 6 - 6ft round tables and 6 - 6ft rectangular tables. Everything must be cleared out by Friday 11:59pm unless other arrangements are made.
