Then 70th Birthday with Shrimp Cocktail, Stuff Mushrooms Artichoke, Charcuterie Boards, Chicken Wings with Buffalo and Teriyaki Sauce, Swedish Meatballs, and Clam Casino. Then Ceasar Salad with homemade Croutons, Steak Tips, Poach Salmon, Pasta Primavera and Asparagus. For dessert Tiramisu, Cookies, Brownies, and Lemon.

What a great day today at Town of Marion Memorial Day Remembrance and we gave out Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle , Sugar Cookies, Coffee Cake, and Brownies with Iced Coffee and water.

Another wedding done last night.
Congratulations to Alyssa and Arturo.
The menu starting with Charcuterie Boards and Swedish Meatballs then we served Caeser Salad, Baked Haddock, Chicken Piccata with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables and even Vegan meal, gluten free breaded tofu with Tomatoes and Spinach.
I want to thank my staff on a job well done.

Memorial service done yesterday. We served Crab Cakes, Scallops and Bacon, Lobster Bites, assortment of Finger rolls, Veg rolls, Fruit, Vegetable, and Cheese Trays with Lemon cups, Brownies, Smores and Assorted Cookies. Great job Naomi.

We served Artichoke Stuff Mushrooms, Charcuterie Board, Crostini, Scallops & Bacon, Spinach Salad, Beef Tenderloin, Swordfish, Scallops Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, then Ceasar Salad with Homemade Croutons, Scallops Potatoes, Chessy Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Alfredo, Meatballs, Penn with Marinara sauce.

We served Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookies, Bownies, Coffee Cake, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Water for everyone in attendance for Veterans Memorial at Old Landing. It was great to see everyone smiling and taking part.
