I absolutely love this story!!! A week ago, I had no idea this couple was even eloping this weekend! Here is the fun part….they didn’t either!! They were coming to Spruce Pine for the Holidays to visit Erika’s family and found and decided after being engaged for a couple of years, that it was the perfect location for get married at!! Erika’s Aunt and Uncle came to enjoy the ceremony and be the witnesses! It was just the sweetest with personalized vows from the couple!

One of the big trends we have seen during the 2024 wedding season (and hope to see in the 2025 season) is the Remembrance Bouquet Charm. All but 2 weddings we photographed carried one of these sentimental charms. It is such a special way of remembering those loved ones that are no longer with us.

Meet Christian and Emma! Christian arranged a perfect date night that ended with a proposal and engagement shoot in downtown Waynesville! These two already hired me for their wedding next October (little did I know that they were not engaged yet), so when Christian contacted me about capturing the proposal, I was beyond excited!!! It was COLD, but these two rocked it and could not stop smiling!! Here is just one image for now…..♥️. I cannot wait for their October wedding !!
