I’m thrilled to announce that I was fortunate enough to be selected to compete on “Playing with Fire” tournament. The competition was fierce, the judges were fair, and the baskets proved to be a spectacular challenge. Growing up we’re told not to play with our food, stay away from fire, and avoid sharp objects; this competition allows those of us who thrive under such conditions an outlet for our organized chaos. I am still humbled from this amazing opportunity; to have been able to compete with such talented peers and to be fortunate enough to present a few dishes to some of the best chefs in the world was truly surreal. You can see me on Tuesday August, 31 and tune in every Tuesday at 9 to see the competition heat up
