Good Morning! We give thanks for you.
Here at LoveMarq, our goal is to build a longer and longer table until EVERYONE feels they have a seat. Even those we might disagree with, those who might dislike us, even those whom we struggle to love, and those who don't feel like they have a seat at the table anywhere else.
Jesus modeled it. God required it. We strive to do it.

Good morning! What a lovely November morning!
We'd love to welcome you, no matter who you are, to join us today whether you decide to drop by or check out our live stream here on Facebook. Things begin around 10:30ish.
We love celebrating the fact that God loves us unconditionally and we happen to enjoy doing that together. That's it. Not here!! Questions are often raised. People openly share their confusion, frustration, doubts, failures, and successes. We strive to be a safe place where you can live honestly and openly (as much as you are comfortable). Church should BE the place where you can ask the questions, express your doubts, admit when you make mistakes and then be encouraged, supported, and especially loved - regardless. 💙💚 We strive to be a place where you are comfortable to just be yourself. All of you. Who God created you to be. And then we celebrate the wonderful YOU that God made and God loves!!!!

Good morning everyone!
I hope you remembered to turn back your clocks, otherwise, we will see you a little earlier than usual. :)
Do you know that God loves you? Did you know that God's love for you is NOT dependent upon your performance or something that YOU do? Nope. It's based on God's character and what God has already done. No pressure. Just accepting and believing that God loves you. Isn't that freaking awesome?!?!?!

This is how we like to be as a church… 💚💙

Rules for children in the worship service:

One. If you find that you're sitting in front of a child and they can't see, lean to the side.

Two. If the children seated behind you are rustling papers, hand them a crayon.

Three. If there is a baby that is crying, offer to take the baby from their parent and walk to the back of the church and rock the child for a while. The parent really needs a break.

Four. If the teenagers are whispering give them some Smarties. The rustling and crinkling will replace their whispering.

Five. If an adult complains to an usher about the noisy children near them, offer to trade seats with that adult and then apologize to the parents of the children.

Six. When a child is running around giving everyone high-fives during the time of passing the peace/greeting your neighbor make sure to give them an extra fun high-five, and then high-five the next five adults that you see.

Seven. If a child has worn tap shoes to church and is dancing on the wood portion of the floor, slip the sheet music for "The Entertainer" to the pianist and roll with it.

Eight. When the children can't hear because an adult around them won't take off their puffy jacket and it keeps squeaking and distracting the children, offer to help them off with their jacket and go hang it up for them where it goes.

Nine. When the three-year-old insists on standing on the front pew turned backwards looking at the rest of the people, give the child a pair of very dark glasses. That will prevent the child from catching any adult's eye, which would lead to distracting them. This will protect the adults who as we know have very short attention spans and are easily distracted.

Ten. When a child in front of you is very squirmy, and then they finally turn around and you realize suddenly, "Oh, it's Jesus!" take it in stride and play Got Your Nose till he turns around to the front again.

It's Time! We need YOUR help!
Saturday, November 11th.
It starts as early as 8 a.m. for you early birds, but we will be working most of the day, so come whenever you can and stay for however long you are able. Any amount of time and help is GREATLY appreciated!!
This will be a MAJOR Demo and clean-up day.
We need people of all ability levels, so there WILL be something you can do to pitch in. From taking down walls to cleaning up after them; removing the accordion room dividers; throwing out some of the old to make way for the new; to general cleaning and preparing the church for the upcoming Holiday season, there's something for everyone to help with! We will have a big dumpster for disposing of materials and any other stuff that just needs to go!
We will have snacks, coffee, drinks, and yes, Lunch, for anyone who is coming to help out.
Many hands can make light work, so come prepared to do whatever is needed.
We are so grateful for this church community and excited to see what the future holds! Thank you in advance for your service.

We have a special treat this morning.
We have a special musical guest who will be performing a LOT of music this morning for us. In fact, the whole service will pretty much be music. Whether you want to sing along or just sit back and enjoy - this promises to be a delightful day.
We are welcoming back our former Song Leader - Megan Hibbard!!
She'll be singing a few songs we know and several that might be new to us. But it's a treat to welcome her back and be able to experience her talents once again.
