Our Story

Flower Works, LLC is a locally owned European style flower shop on Third Street in Marquette, Mich. Flower Works, LLC is owned by Andrea and Stephen Forsberg. The Forsberg’s combined have over 60 years of experience in the floral industry! Together, the couple is redefining the standard American flower shop.

Andrea is a member of American Institute of Floral Design and The Michigan Floral Association. Andrea is also a certified Master Craftsman from The Chamber of Industry and Trade in Germany. She studied the trade of floristry vigorously when she returned to Germany. After completion of her Master Craftsman training classes, she decided to embark on her own floral journey and open up her very own flower shop.

Stephen has been an owner of a flower shop off and on since the 1970’s. He has a lot of experience as a salesman and florist. Stephen is our resident green plant expert. He is passionate about green plants and loves to fill the shop with timeless classics as well as unique plants.
