We always enjoy hosting for their monthly meetings and sneaking a peek at the fun culinary offerings that Chef Ronnie with prepares for them. For day one of two, Chef provided a breakfast of orange zest cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit, followed by a lunch of assorted fried rice and a cucumber-slaw salad. On the second day Chef experimented with new pizza flavors, including short rib and caramelized onion to accompany the always popular chicken bacon ranch, pepperoni honey honey, and margherita pies, with a side of couscous salad topped with figs and burrata, followed by a delectable dessert pizza.
