: The History of 112 North Eagle Street 🕰️🏛️

Before Venue 19 Zero 9 became Marshall’s newest event space, 112 North Eagle Street had a long and storied past!

🔹 1860s-1890s – Home to carriage and wagon workshops, where C.C. Lawrence and Adam Rimes crafted transportation for the growing town.
🔹 1908-1919 – Farmers sheds provided a vital space for local merchants before making way for a garage in 1920.
🔹 1920s-1940s – Schaefer & Smith sold Ford cars and even had a gas station on-site.
🔹 1944-1974 – The space transitioned into a furniture store, first Kroehler Furniture, then Marshall Furniture, and eventually Dreamer’s Furniture under Russ Hawkins, Jr.

Now, this historic building is set to begin its next chapter as Venue 19 Zero 9, blending rich history with modern elegance. We can't wait to welcome you! 🎉
