Catfish Express will besetting up tomorrow. Wednesday February 26th at Larry Ford Construction across the road from China King. We will open at 11 and go until we sell out or 6:00. Come on down and get the best Catfish in Marshall. Remember always 100% American Channel Catfish.

I noticed a post on Marshall Delivers! About the fireworks display had the comments turned off. I own Catfish Express Catering and the City Commission passed an ordinance last year banning my trailers from down town because they don't have automatic fire systems in them. They were afraid me trailer would catch fire and with the age of the buildings down town it would place them in risk. Yet they decided it was ok to conduct a fireworks display raining down hot embers onto the roofs of these vulnerable historic structures.
