I noticed a post on Marshall Delivers! About the fireworks display had the comments turned off. I own Catfish Express Catering and the City Commission passed an ordinance last year banning my trailers from down town because they don't have automatic fire systems in them. They were afraid me trailer would catch fire and with the age of the buildings down town it would place them in risk. Yet they decided it was ok to conduct a fireworks display raining down hot embers onto the roofs of these vulnerable historic structures.

To everyone business in Harrison County that has a Republic Services dumpster. We are getting screwed. I have an 8 yard dumpster dumped once a week. In the last eight years the price has gone from $375.00 a month to $768.00. I've been in contact with "get rid of it" out of Eldorado AR their 8yd. Dumpster is less then $200.00. They said they don't have service west of Marshall. They said if they could get enough business they would consider adding service west of Marshall. Their phone number is 800-996-0012. People Republic has monopoly.
