Morgan Academy Homestead is comprised of 150 acres of rolling hills and farmland. It has been in the same family for over 250 years and was once the site of a 2 room schoolhouse built in the late 1800's. Today it includes a beautiful vintage style venue decorated with family antiques dating back to the late 1700s as well as acres of outdoor space perfect for your next gathering. There is plenty of

room to have outdoor events with BBQ cookers not to mention games such as Corn hole, Horseshoes, Giant Jenga, Ladder Ball, etc or just relax in one of our rocking chairs and enjoy the peaceful scenery all around you. Enjoy roasting a hotdog or making S'Mores at the large custom built fire pit. Conveniently located near Charlotte and Concord, this is the perfect place for your family/class reunion, wedding events, birthday/tea parties, business meetings, and school and social events. It is an ideal setting for photo sessions using the incredible landscape, historical boarding house, vintage farm equipment, furniture, clothing, for staging. Rental includes tables and chairs for up to 100 guests along with plates and mason jars for glassware. There is a full size kitchen which your caterer will love.
