This plate is all sorts of yummy: a bed of garlic mashed potatoes topped with grilled tri-tip with Port Wine sauce and caramelized onions, served alongside a skewer of garlic-marinated shrimp & scallops, and roasted baby carrots. This is just one example of a duet-style plated dinner.

Pictured here: Butter chicken, vegetable korma, biryani rice, sauteed vegetables, and chicken tandoori crostini appetizer. For a fun combination try moving sauce from the butter chicken with the vegetables and rice. It's soooo good!
