Birch Culinary is looking for extra banquette servers for a large event in St. Louis city on Saturday Sept 9 (2PM-10PM) & Sept 10 ( 8AM- 3PM). Please send info via messenger or comments to this post. We are also looking for extra cooks and prep help Sept 6-10.

It is with great sadness that we have had to make the difficult decision to close Birch Market. We have thoroughly enjoyed providing culinary offerings to the O'Fallon community and are eternally grateful for the business. Unfortunately, we were just not able to reach enough people to allow us to continue to remain open as a viable business. We are also so very thankful for our staff. We have been blessed with being able to work with such wonderful, dedicated, and hard working individuals. Saturday, August 12th, will be our last day open.

We will continue to operate Birch Catering for large and small private events.

Today is the big day for the last District Nights of the season!
If you have questions, need to purchase an event cup, buy an event t-shirt or want to try your luck in the 50/50 raffle this is your one stop shop. The info tent is located on the O'Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce patio.

⏰Event opens at 5pm
🎸6pm Griffin and the Gargoyles play on the Lincoln Avenue Stage and The Experience play in front of Fezziwig's Marketplace and Birch Culinary Co.
🪑Don't forget your lawn chairs.
🥤No outside food and drink.
