We had a second flush of lisianthus just start to pop up before the frost. Thankful the kids were able to cut them right before, so we can enjoy our last flowers of the season. They should last 2 more weeks in these vases.

If you need pumpkins, the kids’ cousins are in their 5th year of growing and selling. Check out their stand 12860 Industrial Pkwy, Marysville.
They are a big part of what inspired my kids to have a farm business of their own.

Our 5th grader has been watching YouTube videos on harvesting seeds and teaching his siblings. He’s determined to save as many as possible for next year. ❤️

**IMPORTANT UPDATE** Unfortunately, due to the impact of these high winds on many of our flowers, we will NOT be open for our planned last U-Pick of the season tomorrow. We lost all of our cosmos, most of our sunflowers, and several zinnias.

We apologize for this last minute closing. We are committed to providing you with the absolute best experience (and best fresh cut flowers!) possible, and our fields are currently not up to our standards.

Since this would have been our last U-pick of the season, we want to thank all of our customers for their support. It has been a wonderful experience for the kids. They already have even bigger plans for next year’s U-pick, and they look forward to continuing to earn your business in 2025!

We dropped these arrangements off to sell at The Flour Barn this morning. Our neighbors around the corner have an amazing bakery on their family farm. They will be open tomorrow morning from 8-11am. If you’re coming for the U-pick tomorrow, check out their page for more info and grab the best cinnamon rolls or breakfast sandwich ever. I like to pair any of their baked goods with one of their dark chocolate lavendar lattes. ❤️
