Para todos mis amigos Latinos que no acostumbramos a tener un coordinador para nuestros eventos, aquí les va una descripción general de: Que es un coordinador de eventos ? Para que sirve? Cuales son sus tareas?? Aquí te dejamos información muy valiosa que te puede ser de gran ayuda en ese día tan especial donde quieres que todo salga perfecto y sin estrés ……

Un Coordinator de Eventos se asegura de supervisar todas las actividades del día de la boda, incluida la instalación, la llegada de proveedores, la ceremonia y la recepción. Asegurarse de que todos los proveedores ( decoradores, pastel, música, fotógrafo, bar tender, comida , etc etc) conozcan sus tiempos de llegada y responsabilidades, se encarga de llamar a todos los proveedores por lo menos una semana antes para asegurar que todo marche conforme a lo planeado, también asiste el día de la práctica un día anterior asegurándose de que todos los participantes de la boda tengan claro cuál es su participación, horas de llegada y entrada a la recepción; un coordinador de eventos elabora un horario a seguir durante la ceremonia y recepción y debe de entregarlo por escrito a todos los participantes para que estén enterados de las actividades y horarios durante todo el evento.

Un coordinador de bodas también puede cumplir con algunas tareas sencillas como colocar servilletas, copas o utensilios, colocar los postres en mesa de postres etc

Un coordinador de eventos también tiene la tarea de Comunicarse con los miembros de la familia para asegurarse de que estén informados y se sientan cómodos con el plan.

Como ven, un coordinator de eventos puede ser muy útil y hasta necesario para asegurar que tu evento marche viento en popa y que disfrutes al máximo ese día tan especial.
