Located only 3 miles from Highway 55/70 and only 1.5 miles from highway 270, our location is ideal for not only the metro east area, but also anyone coming from the downtown (18 mins), north county (20 mins) or even South County (30 mins).

You will be receiving a turnkey business, with all of the equipment, furniture, signage, and loyal customers that come with it, along with a very reasonable lease in a great property. This 3,000 sq ft building provides the perfect space for 12 VR stations, separated in 3 zones, 2 restrooms, 2 storage areas, a party room with all of the amenities (cabinets, fridge, microwave, sink, tables and chairs), and a reception/office area.
