When clients ask if they should do a first look (seeing each other before the ceremony) my answer is ALWAYS YESSSSS!!!!!!!! It makes the day flow smoothly, gets you to your guests and reception quickly, and cuts down on the nerves before the ceremony. BUT my biggest reason for the YESSSSS is because you get to talk and hug and twirl around showing off your beautiful dress! You can compliment each other and have a special moment alone. First looks are one of my favorite parts of the day!
