We've got some new faces on this page! So I'd like to reintroduce myself for our new yogi friends! 👋

My name is Leah. I am a yoga teacher in the St. Louis Metro East area. I have such an appreciation for all types of yoga and I dearly love teaching Flow, Stretch and Nidra. But my passion truly lies with mindfulness and meditation. 🧘‍♀️

I incorporate meditation and mindfulness into all of my classes - with guided meditations during final relaxation and a focus on being present in your body throughout every class.

Teaching yoga fills my cup; I am incredibly passionate about it. I am so grateful to the yogis who come to my classes and the wonderful people I've gotten to know through classes I teach! 🙏

Our Story

What started as just a dream has now become a reality. A lot of hard work and careful planning has created this beautiful space. We wanted a place for others to use that had the comforts of a home. A comfy couch by the fireplace with a tv to entertain. A full kitchen to prep and store food and a bar area to serve your choice of beverages. From kids birthday parties to small weddings we can accommodate up to 110 people. We provide round tables, chairs and linens in a variety of colors. Please call us for more information.
