We've got some new faces on this page! So I'd like to reintroduce myself for our new yogi friends! 👋

My name is Leah. I am a yoga teacher in the St. Louis Metro East area. I have such an appreciation for all types of yoga and I dearly love teaching Flow, Stretch and Nidra. But my passion truly lies with mindfulness and meditation. 🧘‍♀️

I incorporate meditation and mindfulness into all of my classes - with guided meditations during final relaxation and a focus on being present in your body throughout every class.

Teaching yoga fills my cup; I am incredibly passionate about it. I am so grateful to the yogis who come to my classes and the wonderful people I've gotten to know through classes I teach! 🙏

We had some hard working boys busy making improvements at the Windmill. My grandson and his buddy stained the building that our sign goes on. It looks so great! They did such an awesome job!
