Today is Melamoma Monday and I was photographing a yearly press conference that really hit home for me because I just had precancer removed on my face last March. Please go get fully body screened because better safe then sorry. There will be a free screening at Eisenhower Park May 13th from 9am to 12pm. Always wear your sunscreen, hats and teach your children that tanning beds are no good for you. Hearing stories of survivors and from mom and founder of Collete Coyne Melanoma awareness after loosing her own daughter at only 30 years old was very moving. Even when its cloudy the uvrays are still strong.
