We would like to reintroduce our Business to refresh our followers' awareness of who we are. We are still very new!

We have a Commercial Kitchen and Store-front based in Massillon Ohio, but we serve most of Stark County and the surrounding area. We have a Professional Culinary Team striving to set a higher standard in our community. We are not just a "health food" establishment. We take on all shapes and sizes of food adventures!

OUR SERVICES:

Local MEAL PREP: made fresh every week available for pre-order or in-store walk-ins. Partnered with 7 Fitness Centers in the area (Another gym coming soon!)

*CATERING PACKAGES for Pick-up: Order 48 hours ahead.

*CATERING: Showers, Weddings, Corporate Events, School Events, Private Chef Tables, Parties, PARTIES!! We help you build the customized plan you're looking for.

*In-store shopping for Supplements, Protein Powders, Drinks, Grab and Go, and Frozen Foods made in house.

MEAL PREP:

Locally prepared meals made fresh every week. All dishes are fully cooked with whole food ingredients. Reheat in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or put in oven.

-All menu options can be made Gluten-Free, if not already so.
-No Seed/Vegetable oils. We use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, and Real Butter.
- Not completely Organic, but a wide variety of our products are organic, non-GMO.
- Seasonal Menus rotate every week, following a 3-week cycle, along with weekly Specials!

PERSONALIZE YOUR MEALS - Opt-out of sauces, increase protein, reduce carbs, and more.

No subscription necessary! Order when you feel like it.

3. Check-out by 11:59pm Sunday
4. Pick up your products on Monday

We make extra meals to fill the cases at our store every Monday and we try to sell out by Friday. First come first serve! 50% off on Fridays.

Delivery Option: We deliver your meals to coolers that are in gyms waiting for you to pick up. You don't have to be a gym member to pick up your meals.

We will be having Bites available at our studio soon!!!!!

This company makes healthy macro friendly meals available for you. This will take the guess work out and it’s whenever you want if you want. You just place your order online and pick up will be at our Green location.

If you’re busy on the go this will be perfect. Or if you’re trying to hit your macros or eat more protein, this will help you so much. And there is even vegetarian meals available too! Any questions always ask our trainers. Glad to help and and guide you in healthier habits!
