Greetings from Danger Wizard!

We are bringing another scorcher this summer with our D&D Summer Campaign for kids ages 7-16! Located at our new HQ on Highland Ave, new and experienced players alike will be guided on a grand adventure each week. They will create their own D&D character, paint miniatures, and make new friends while battling monsters and casting spells under the watchful eye of our seasoned Danger Masters. Everything they need to play will be provided. Non-neurotypical kids always welcome.

Our first Flagons & Dragons in Malden was a success! Met up with some old friends, made a few new ones, talked like a goblin and got to see this beautiful lady after a weekend apart. It was a good day.

Awesome D&D 101 class today at the North End Public Library! We had over 25 people join Side Quest Books & Games and Danger Wizard for an afternoon of learning and adventure.

Today marks the one-year anniversary of being laid off at Deloitte and taking Danger Wizard full-time. It has not been an easy year, but it has been without question one of the best of my life. Every morning, I am so god damn excited to wake up and serve the communities, families and people that I work with through Danger Wizard. Gaming changes lives, especially when connection and community are at the heart of it. Thank you to everyone who has helped, supported, or even discouraged me along the way. I would not be here running my business and doing what I love (while talking like a Goblin) without you.

If you have a dream, as crazy as it might seem, go for it. It is better to try and fail to do something epic than to keep playing it safe forever. And if you try and succeed, you'll be wishing you started sooner.

Another stellar night teaching new players how to play D&D! We had 30 eager-eyed new adventurers join us to learn how to make a level 1 character and the basics of D&D. Hosted at the lovely Upstairs at Bow Market in Union Square Somerville with the brilliant Caroline Sheridan of &games.
