Join us as we embark on our "Pink Wellness Challenge."

From October 1 through October 30 the team at Pardon Our Posture is committing to a thirty-day challenge. Thank-you, yes, we know that the month of October has thirty-one days, but we are only committing to 30-days😦.

👀Over here we believe in open and honest conversations. Can I tell you something, we're not even certain we'll make it to thirty, but we are sure going to try!

During these 30-days WE will:

➡️ Set and achieve personal wellness goals. Some of us have set fitness goals, others have set nutritional, stressful management and mindfulness goals.

➡️Support each participant in the challenge and lean on them for support. You won't be on this journey alone; this challenge is a challenge for all of us. We are excited to know that we have a group of supporters who are committed to sharing resources, tips and fostering a supportive community for us to succeed.

➡️We'll have weekly check-ins to track process and celebrate success. We even have some prizes lined up to make it more exciting and fun.

We recognize that each individual's wellness journey is unique to them, that's why you set your own goals. Whether you're looking to support other women in their wellness journey, increase your daily steps, make heathier food choices, pray and/or meditate more often, this challenge is designed to support your individual goals.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, we're excited to invite you to be a part of our upcoming 30-day wellness challenge, a journey towards a healthier and happier you.

At Pardon Our Posture, we believe that taking care of our physical and mental well-being is essential for leaders and for leading a fulfilling life. That's why we're launching this wellness challenge to inspire positive change and to build a supportive community around wellness.

A portion of these proceeds will be donated to the arthritis foundation through team bxd MSG.
