We specialize in seasonally and organically grown fresh cut flowers for your home , business or special events Harriet's Restaurant opened in June 1979 in what was formerly Petersen's Ice Cream Parlor. It was named after my then recently deceased Grandmother Harriet Wisner. Miraculously, it survived and flourished in spite of our collective youth and inexperience. It didn't take long before we wer

e being asked to help with people's home & business events. After 20 years we closed Harriet's Restaurant and became full-time caterers. In 2002 we opened "Harriet's Outback" which is located behind the former Harriet's Restaurant and features retail prepared dinners, salads, soups, breads and desserts. We also use the former restaurant as a charming venue for private events such as birthdays, showers, and rehearsal dinners. We look forward to serving you in any or all of these three aspects of Harriet's Catering!

Sadly this is likely the last bouquet of the season heading over to Greatscapes. Thank you all and I look forward to next Spring when the tulips and Daffodils emerge and season starts anew.

The end of flower season is really close now. Everything is slowing down and setting seed. Almost time for a winter rest😢. But I’m still picking the last of the seasons bounty. Just one bouquet heading to Greatscapes today

Yesterday’s storm parked above my yard and pelted my beautiful flower garden with 1/2 inch hail and high winds for what seemed like an eternity. It left me with broken stems and leaves and flowers scattered everywhere. I’m saddened to say there will be no more bouquets for at least a week or two.
I’m hopeful that some percentage of the plants with recover and flower again.
