Our turn of the century historic home was a Sears & Roebucks home built in 1904. The Alexander house is nestled on over an acre in the beautiful historic city of McDonough just 1.6 miles from I-75. With our gorgeous gardens, original tin roof, hardwood floors, doors and trim, The Alexander house boasts its old world charm and maintains the convenience you have been searching for. ect for family gatherings, dinners, parties, meetings, luncheons, weddings, receptions, rehearsals, birthdays or any other event. We have amazing dining provided by our full service in house caterer The Grand Gourmet, thus making us the premiere event facility. Come, feel at home… and enjoy our house. Details:

Parlor Holds 16 Seated and 25 Cocktail Style
Porch Holds 16 Seated and 25 Cocktail Style
Dining Room holds up to 36 Seated 50 Cocktail Style
Total Indoor/Outdoor Seated up to 200
We can accommodate many more if you utilize the 15,000 sq ft of outdoor green space! March - October Rental Rates: (Additional Hour is $150/Hour)

Monday - Thursday ~ (5 hours) $200 for inside only and $350 for inside and outside use
Friday ~ (5 hours) $350 for inside only and $500 for inside and outside use
Saturday ~ Full Day (9am to 9pm) $1500
Sunday ~ (8 hours) $750 and 10 hours $1000

November - February Rental Rates: (Inside Only) (Additional Hour is $100)

Monday - Thursday ~ $150 (5 Hours)
Friday ~ $200 (5 Hours)
Saturday ~ $350 (5 Hours)
Sunday ~ $250 (5 Hours)

All Rates Include: Full use of the property areas for time selected. Also includes all available decor and Bride's & Groom's Suite
